Keira Knightley in Carven |“The Ellen DeGeneres Show”

Keira Knightley was a guest on “The Ellen Show” today to chat with the host about her new movie “Anna Karenina” as well as her impending nuptials to fiancé James Righton. To celebrate the English actresses’ engagement, Ellen set up a hilarious bridal tea party—complete with wigs and hats!

For the appearance, the beautiful 27-year-old showed off a little skin in a fun cutout ecru mid-length dress from the Spring 2013 collection by Carven, which featured ruby red scattered patterns throughout and seemed to fit her svelte body perfectly.  I really loved this dress, and while it might be a bit difficult to pull off on the red carpet, I feel like the pattern really stood out on television.

You need something bold if you’re going to be sitting the entire time, although I just realize that most of the time when stars do this—they just happen to wear a dress I really want to see them stand in. Go figure.

She completed her talk show look with a ruby stained pout, a wavy mane and black lacquered nails.
